Return & Refund Policy
At Madelon Tattoo Supply, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Conditions for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if your product meets any of the following conditions:
- The product was damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a quality issue during use.
To proceed with a return, please provide a video or photo documenting the issue and send it to [email protected]. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for either a refund or a replacement.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return process, please contact our team at [email protected]. Include the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
Once we confirm your return, we will provide instructions on where to send the product. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Duties and taxespaid on the original order are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costswill be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping chargesare non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
Timeframe for Returns
Returns are processed Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of us receiving your return.
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned items to ensure they are in their original condition and unopened. If your return passes inspection, we will notify you via email and process your refund. If the return does not pass inspection, we will offer the option to send the product back to you at your own expense or dispose of the item.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been processed (i.e., no tracking number has been issued), you may cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are in transit.

- The email address used at checkout
Once your cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
